Basil has an authentic "Care culture," where learning and making mistakes is valued more than performing and pushing. The product development process of having the right supplier produce in the proper country under the right conditions constantly evolves. We are working every day to optimize this.
This is one of the characteristics of a booming company.
Our selection process:
Basil recruits based on the principle of "Culture First.” This means we start by checking if our informal culture fits in with your day-to-day reality in which you will spend your working hours.
Moreover, we rather look at your development potential than your acquired knowledge. Your personality is more important than the information from your CV.
Does this strike a chord with you? Then please respond ASAP to [email protected].
Surprise us, and we will surprise you!
