What do I do if I have a question or wish to make a warranty claim?

We advise you to contact your retailer first. It could be that the desired product is not on stock in the store.
However, the retailer can order for you any Basil product at his wholesaler.

Please go back to the shop from where you purchased the product and explain your complaint. You will also need to take your proof of purchase with you. Please note that a Webshop is also obliged to deal with your complaint.
